You pay the subscription, but we don't stop working. Every search comes with a 90-day guarantee — if you haven't hired within 90 days, we continue sourcing at no additional cost until you do. And if a shortlist doesn't resonate, we rebuild it with a fresh 10 candidates. You're paying for conversations and hires, not attempts.

How long does a search take?

Most searches deliver a qualified shortlist within 72 hours of the kickoff call. A full engagement — from brief to interview-ready candidates — typically runs two to four weeks, depending on the role and outreach scope.

How is this different from using a recruiter?

Traditional recruiters charge 25–33% of first-year compensation, take months, and rely on a single partner's personal network. Can you integrate with our ATS?

Yes — ATS integration is available to any client, configured as a per-client setup. We most commonly integrate with Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday. Setup involves you providing an API key, mapping your jobs to our searches, and we handle the rest. Once connected, shortlisted candidates can be pushed directly into your pipeline with full notes, verified contacts, and outreach history attached.

Is your candidate data legally sourced?

Yes. We use authorized API partnerships with SOC 2 and GDPR-compliant data providers — no scraping, no fake accounts, no platform terms-of-service risk. After the 2025 LinkedIn v. Proxycurl settlement made unauthorized scraping legally untenable for data providers, we built our stack entirely on first-party and ethically sourced data. Your searches, your candidate data, and your outreach are protected.

What happens if we pause or cancel our subscription?

You can pause or cancel anytime — no long-term contract. Active searches already in-flight continue until complete, and any unused searches in your current billing month remain available for 30 days. Your candidate data and search history stay accessible in your account in case you restart.

Is my brief and candidate list confidential?

Always. We operate under mutual NDA with every engagement. We never share client briefs, shortlists, or pipeline data — and we never approach candidates you've previously engaged without explicit permission.
